Pavel Vintr has been appointed as a new partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.

Pavel has been working with bpv since 2010, having previously spent several years at a large English law firm. His practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, energy law, banking & finance, family law and public support law.

Levy on excessive revenues for electricity producers

On October 6, 2022 the European Council issued Regulation (EU) 2022/1854 stipulating the framework for a levy on excessive revenues from electricity sales. The individual member states are to determine the details regarding the Levy, including its final amount and the conditions under which it will apply to electricity.
