Pavel Vintr has been appointed as a new partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.
Pavel has been working with bpv since 2010, having previously spent several years at a large English law firm. His practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, energy law, banking & finance, family law and public support law.
“With his excellent knowledge, informal but still absolutely professional approach and his long and successful career at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS, Pavel Vintr has contributed significantly to building our firm’s reputation and is clearly the right person for the job. He has the perfect qualifications to be a partner and I am delighted to welcome him among us. We are all looking forward to further cooperation and I wish it to continue in the same spirit,” said Arthur Braun, Managing Partner of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.
bpv BRAUN PARTNERS advised the CREDITAS Group on the acquisition of a 100% stake in the British energy group InterGen. The sale was completed in these last few days of January and was subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
The international law firm bpv BRAUN PARTNERS has provided comprehensive legal advice to UCED from the CREDITAS Group portfolio on the successful acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Slovak energy group GGE, one of the leading producers and distributors of electricity and heat in Slovakia.
